DECLARATION OF TRUST
VIVIAN VANCE DODDS
REAL PROPERTY TRUST
VIVIAN VANCE DODDS, a married woman, hereinafter
sometimes called the "Trustor" and JOHN R. DODDS, as Trustee,
hereby declare that JOHN R. DODDS, as Trustee, holds in trust
the real property described in the Schedule "A" attached
hereto. This trust shall be known as the VIVIAN VANCE DODDS
REAL PROPERTY TRUST and shall be administered as set forth
below:
ARTICLE I
AMENDMENT AND REVOCATION
The Trustor, by written instrument delivered to
the Trustee, may revoke this trust in whole or in part, may
amend any of its provisions, and may cancel any amendment.

Following the death of the Trustor, this trust shall be _
irrevocable and unamendable.

DISTRIBUTION OF PRINCIPAL AND INCOME
