,incorporated herein by this reference, except to the extent
that the Trustor directs the Trustee to sell, exchange or
otherwise dispose of said assets, and distribute the net
income and principal as Trustor directs. Upon the death of
the Trustor, the Trustee shall distribute the trust assets to
Trustor's husband, JOAN R. DODDS, if he survives Trustor by
six (6) months, or if he fails to survive Trustor by six (6)
months, the trust assets shall be distributed to those of
Trustor's brothers and sisters, MARINE BOWYER, DOROTHY MAE
O'NEAL, ROBERT JONES, LOU ANN GRAHAM and VENUS SPEER, as shall
survive Trustor, in equal shares, or all to the survivor of
them, if only one of them shall survive Trustor.
ARTICLE III
ADMINISTRATIVE POWERS OF TRUSTEE
To carry out the purposes of this trust and subject
to any specific limitation expressed hereby, the Trustee shall
have, in addition to all other powers conferred hereby or
now or hereafter by law on trustees of intervivos trusts,
all of the powers enumerated in Section 1120.2 of the
California Probate Code as it exists on the date of this
instrument, which powers are incorporated herein by this
reference. The Trustee shall not be required to obtain a
prior Court order for or approval of the exercise of any
such power.
