DECLARATION OF TRUST
JOAN R. DODDS
REAL PROPERTY TRUST
JOAN R. DODDS, a married man, hereinafter some
times called the "Trustor" of the "Trustee" as the context
requires, declares that he holds in trust the real property
described in the Schedule "A".attached hereto. This trust
shall be known as the JOHN R.,DODDS REAL PROPERTY TRUST and
shall be administered as set forth below:
ARTICLE I
AMENDMENT AND REVOCATION
The Trustor, by written instrument delivered to
the Trustee, may revoke this trust in whole or in part, may
amend any of its provisions, .and may cancel any amendment.
Following the death of the Trustor, this trust shall be
irrevocable and unamendable.
ARTICLE II
DISTRIBUTION OF PRINCIPAL AND INCOME
During the Trustor's lifetime the Trustee shall

hold the trust assets set forth on Schedule "A" attached
a hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, except to
n the extent that the Trustor directs the Trustee to sell,
exchange or otherwise dispose of said assets, and distribute
