death of the Trustor, if Trustor's wife, VIVIAN VANCE DODDS
survives Trustor by six (6) months, the Trustee shall distribute
the trust assets to the then Trustee of the VIVIAN VANCE t
DODDS REAL PROPERTY TRUST, or if she fails to survive Trustor
by six (6) months, the trust assets shall be distributed to
those of Trustor's wife's brothers and sisters, MAXINE
BOWYER, DOROTHY MAE O'NEAL, ROBERT JONES, LOU ANN GRAHAM and
VENUS SPEER, and Trustor's father, FULTON DODDS, as shall
survive Trustor, in equal shares, or all to the survivor of '
them, if only one of them shall survive Trustor.
ARTICLE III
ADMINISTRATIVE POWERS OF TRUSTEE
To~carry out the purposes of this trust and
subject to any specific limitations expressed hereby, the
Trustee shall have, in addition to all other powers conferred
hereby or now the powers enumerated in Section 1120.2 of the
California Probate Code as it exists on the date of this
~i instrument, which powers are incorporated herein by this

reference. the Trustee shall not be required to obtain a

g prior Court order for or approval of the exercise of any
i
such power.
