TAE TRUSEE
Each Trustee shall have the right to resign. If
the JOHN R. DODDS is unable, unwilling or ceases to act,
STANLEY A. SCAWARTZ shall act as Trustee. No Trustee shall
be responsible for the acts or omissions of any prior Trustee,
or have any duty to audit or investigate the accounts of
administration of any prior Trustee, or be required to post
bond . f
