by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 4th day of May A.D., 19 78 . and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. LUCI e
State of Florida; in 0. R. Book 286 Page 1423 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,

at pages 2307 thru 2351, of the public records of St. Lueie County, Florida
and as amended in Official Records Book 315, pages 1853 through 1866.
TOGETHER with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration and
subject to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.
