THIS CAUSE coming before the Court upon the sworn Petition t
i
of JEANETTE NETTLES, as next friend and natural mother of minor '
Plaintiff, TONY SAMUEL NETTLES, and JEANETTE NETTLES,. individuali~,
and the Court having considered the record, heard the testimony
f
regarding the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident
which is the subject matter of this suit, examined the exhibits
submitted and being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon,

~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. The negotiations for the settlement of this cause have
r been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance and
advice of their respective counsel of record with diligence
and caution, so as to fairly compensate the minor Plaintiff.
2. That the sum of $1,750.00 is to be paid by Defendants
to JEANETTE NETTLES, as natural mother and next friend of the
minor Plaintiff, TONY SAMUEL NETTLES, as settlement in favor
of said minor Plaintiff, for his damages, and that the sum
of $1,000.00 is to be paid by Defendants to JEANETTE NETTLES,
individually, and that said entire settlement is hereby
ratified and approved.
3. The amount in controversy, the parties, the subject
matter of said cause, and all other jurisdictional facts are
