ORDER SETTING SUPERSEDEAS BOND
This cause came on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion to
Set Supersedeas Bond. Having considered the evidence presented
by witnesses on behalf of both parties, having herd argument of
counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that supersedeas bond is hereby set
in the amount of Twenty-five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars and
upon the posting of said bond, the injunction heretofore entered
in this cause is continued. However, said injunction shall terminate
on November 15, 1980.
DONE and ORDERED at Ste--Luc County, Fort Pierce, Florida,
