4. Plaintiff, Port St. Lucie Bank, recover from Defendant,
John revs, Jr., the sum of $ ~ with its cost in the

for all of which let execution issue.
5. The Defendant, John J. Ahrens, Jr., shall receive pro
tanto satisfaction of this judgment to the extent of any sums
received by the Plaintiff, Port St. Lucie Bank, from or on behalf
of Florida Builders Printing Services in payment of the promissory
note dated August 11, 1978.
6. The Defendant, .John J. Ahrens, Jr. shall receive pro
tanto satisfaction of this judgment to the extent of any payment
made by or on behalf of Kay Ahrens on the afinal judgment entered
against the said Kay Ahrens on July 18, 1979, in this cause.

7. This judgment shall bear interest at the rate of eight I
