7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil of decedent other than as set forth

is in the possession of the court or accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will ~be `admitted to probate and that
ROSE MARIE OXFORD ~ be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent.
