deceased, having been established by the testimony of GEORGE
KASTRENAKES a subscribing and attesting witness, as being the last will of the
d,~cedent, and no abjection having Veen mane to its probate, and the court finding that the decedent
died on June 28. , 1976 , it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date September 22 , ,19 76 and
attested by JOAN RICHARDSON, ROBERTA LOWE and GEORGE
KASTRENAKES as subscn'bing and attesting witnesses is admitted to probate
according to law, as and for the last will of the decedent, and it is further

personal representative of the estate of the decedent, and that upon taking the prescribed oath, filing
designation of resident agent and acceptance, and entering into bond in the s~~m of
