IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN. I, ROSE DE AGOSTINO, of the
City of Miami, Cour_ty of Dade and State of Florida, being now in
good and sound m_r:c, but sensiUle of the ur.certa~_rit.y of life, and
not acting under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence of any
person whomsoever, do make, publish and declare this, my Last Will
and Testament, and do hereby expressly revoke all other and former
Wills and Codicils to Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I desire and direct that all my just debts
a„~ funeral expenses be paid and satisfied as soon as practicable
after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate,
whatsoever and wheresoever, both real and personal, to which I_ may-
