IN RE: The Guardianship of
PATRICIA MAE HOOKS, a minor.
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as guardian of the property of PATRICIA
- MAE HOOKS, a minor, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no
.longer exists by reason of the fact that the total assets of
the estate are less than required for a guardianship under
Florida Statute 744.301(2), and the-Petitioner is the natural
mother of PATRICIA MAE HOOKS and will manage the money without
.the expense of a guardianship .
2. The Petitioner files herewith a receipt for receiving
the funds from the depository account which alleviates the
necessity of filing a final accounting.
3. Petitioner represents that the ward is a minor and
unable to waive notice as required by Rule 5.680.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered
discharging the Petitioner as Guardian and releasing Petitioner
from any further liability.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
f foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
