ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-pmfit corporation of the State of Florida, -which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LA iCEWOOD PARK CORPOR a,
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record book 186,
Page 2065 in the off ice of the Clerk of the Clrcuit Court of St. Lucie County. t

2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers In Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 300
Page 14~, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 13 Blk 46 Unit 5
in the Warne of:
and now held in the name of: Mr & Mrs Frank D. Brown
