PETITION FOR ANCILLARY LETTERS OF ADMI*IISTRATION
Petitioner, PRESTON ELDER, JR., and ELIZABETH S. BELLE,
allege as follows:
1. PiILDRED ELDER died on April 9, 1979, at Phelps
Memorial Hospital in North Tarrytown, ?Yew York, leaving a last will
dated July 7, 1977, duly executed by the testatrix in the presence
of two subscribing witnesses, CAROL ANNIE D'EMIDIO and SANTE J.
CHESSARI, when she was over the age of eighteen (18) years.
2. The decedent at the time of her death was domicile d
in :North Tarrytown, County of Westchester, State of New York, anti
owned certain real property in the State of Florida, lying and
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, having a value in excess of
$2,500.00. -
3. The will complies with the laws of Florida as to

form and manner of execution.

j 4. The will of the decedent was duly admitted to pro-

E bate and record in the County of Westchester, State of New York,
Surrogate's Court, by order dated May 9, 1979, that Court having
probate jurisdiction at the domicile of the decedent.
5. Petitioners attach authenticated copies of the
frllowing documents:

b) Petition for Probate.
c) Order Admitting Will to Probate
d) Letters Testamentary
all pursuant to PGR 5.470, and all of which are by reference made
a part of this Petition.
6. The names and relationships of the beneficiaries of
