I, MII~DRED ELDER, now residing at 269 North Washington Street,

and realizing the uneertainty_of life, do hereby make, publish and declare
the following as and for my Last Will and Testament.
FIRST: I hereby revoke any and all previous Wills and

codicils by me at any time made.

SECOND; I direct that my Executors hereinafter named, or
any successor, pay all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses as
soon as may be practicable after my decease.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property
of every nature and description, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever
the'_same may be situated and whether acquired before or after the execution
of this, my Last Will and Testament, or any codicils thereto, including in
a
such rest, residue and remainder any property over which at the time of my
death-I shall have_any power of testamentary disposition, all said rest,
residue and remainder being hereinafter called my Residuary Estate, I give,

devise and bequeath to my children, ELIZABETH BELLE, MARLENE EMERSON,
PRESONT ELDEK, JR. and JOHN ELDEK, in equal parts, share and share alike,
absolutely and forever.
FOURTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as

~ Executors of this, my Last Will and Testament, my son, PRESTON ELDER, JR.,
and my daughter, ELIZABETH BELLE, and I direct that they shall not be

s required to furri~sh a bond or other security in any jurisdiction for the
