ORDER FOR ANCILLARY LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
The Petition of PRESTON ELDER, JR., and ELIZABETH S. BELLE,
the domiciliary personal representatives of the Last Will of MILDREn
ELDER, and for the issuance of ancillary letters of administration to
PRESTON ELDER, JR., and ELIZABETH S. BELLE, has been considered and
this Court finds:
1. MILDRFD ~LDER died on April 9, 1979, and at the time
of death was domiciled in North Tarrytown, *iew York.
2. Her Will was duly admitted to probate and record in
the Surrogate's Court , Cou~n ty of Z~estches ter , State of Ne~v York , the
Court having probate jurisdiction at her dorlicile.
3. She owned real property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. The Petitioners have filed authenticated copies of
the Will, the Petition for Probate, the Order Adr?itting TJill to Pro-
bate and the Letters Testa~lentary from the doriiciliary proceedings;

o the Will complies with the law of Florida so as to entitle it to
Probate.
5. The Petitioners qualified to act as personal repre-
sentatives of this estate in Florida.

ADJUDGED that the Will of MILD?tED ELDER dated July 7,
1977, and admitted to probate in the Westchester County Surrogate's
~ Court on May 9 , 1979 , is admitted to probate and record in this
Court as the Last Will of :riILDRED ELDER, deceased, -and that ancil-
's lary letters of administration shall he issued to PRLSTn*1 ELDER,
JR. , and ELIZABETH S. BELLE, when they have ta~-en the oath of office
E and filed a designation of resident agent and his acceptance. Bond
is hereby waived.
