21. I~ture Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender
a option within twenty yeas from the date of this Mortgage, may
make Fltturs Advances to Borrower. Such Pltture Advances. with interest thereon, shall be second by this Mortgage whey evidenced by
promissory notes stating that said notes an secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this
Mortgage, not including s~unmes advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Mortgage, exceed the original amount of the
Note plus U.S.i rl -
22 Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge b Borrower.
Borrower shell pay all coats of recordation, if any.
23. Attorney's Rees. As used in this Mortgage and in the Note, "attorney's fees" shall include attorney's fees. if any, which may be
awarded by an appellate court.
