THIS WARRAP7TY DEED, Made and executed this 27th day of
AUgUSt , 19 79 , by TREASURE COAST SERVICE ~ '
CORPORATION, a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
CHESTER E. KNOLL, a single adult
whose post office address is 772 6u1 stream Ave., Apt. B-4
Fort Pierce, FL 33450
hereinafter called the Grantee, which terms "Grantor" and "Grantee"
shall include all the parties to this instrument, the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliPnS, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee
that certain Townhouse Dwelling Unit situate at 1772 B-4
Gulf stream Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the real property
appurtenant thereto, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
legally described as:

Commencing at a concrete monument at the Southeast corner of Block
5, Ocean View Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 61 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, run North- -
westerly 228.18 feet along West right-of-way line of Granada Street to
a point on the Range Line or reference line set forth on survey of W.J.

Schoepfer, R.L.S. dated May 10, 1978. Then or. a deflection angle to the
left of 7~ 18' run Westerly along said Range Line b8.43 feet ;o a point
on Lhe exterior surface of fence; then turn and run Northerly on a hack
angle of 90o turned to the left along exterior surface of fence 16.66
feet more or less to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Begin-

and run Westerly on a back angle of 90o turned to the right along ex-
