FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on before the undersigned Judge of the above-
styled Court upon the issues and the record, a jury having been
expressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding that
it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties;
II and having reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by JEANET'~E
I NETTLES, as next friend of the minor Plaintiff, TONY SAMUEL
NETTLES, and having heard the evidence and discussion of ,counsel
E for the respective parties, and having approved the settlement
in favor of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants; and being

t fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon, upon consideration
thereof,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, TONY SAMUEL NETTLES,
a minor, suing by his next friend and natural mother, JEANETTE
s NETTLES, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants,
THE ST. LUCIE COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, RALPH PATTERSON, and
FLORIDA FARM BUREAU MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY, the
