TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, and to-her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever. -
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in -
all things preliminary to and in and about the sale of this
conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
