MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That
WHEREAS, Home Capital Corp.
is/are the owner(s) and holder(s) of that certain promissory note for $17,316.00
from Robert F. Bell and Carolyn Bell, his xife -

to - Home Capital Corp ,
dated the 27th day of June 19~c_, together with that certain
mortgage of even date therewith filed and recorded in Official Records Book 311 ,
at Page 1939 , under CF ~ w+97o3 , in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of B~fdre St. Lucie County, Florida, and encumbering certain property
hereinafter more fully described, and
WHEREAS, the mortgaged property is currently owned by
Robert F. Bell and Carolyn Bei i. his xi fP and
WHEREAS, the holder(s) of the note and mortgage have been requested to modify ~
the note and mortgage as hereinafter set forth;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
undersigned parties hereby agree to and do hereby modify that certain note for
$17,316.00 dated June 27 19, 79 and the mortgage securing

the same of even date, both of which are more fu12y described above, and encumbering

County, Florida, to-wit:
