SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE

FRANK TYRPEKL, the owner and holder of that certain mortgage
executed by R. Z. A. M., INC., a Florida corporation, dated August 23, 1979 and
recorded in Official Records Book 315, Page 388, St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records, in the original principal sum of $24,500.00, does hereby subordinate
said mortgage so that the same shall be subject and inferior to that certain '
mortgage from R. Z. A. M., INC., a Florida corporation, to STUART NATIONAL BANK,
a national banking association, in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND
NO/100 ($150,000.00) DOLLARS, which shall encumber the following described
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: ~
See Exhibit "A" Attached Hereto.
The effect of this subordination is that the above-described
mortgage in favor of STUART NATIONAL BANK, shall be a first mortgage on the said
encumbered property, and that certain mortgage from R. Z. A. M., INC., a Florida f

corporation, to FRANK TYRPEKL, recorded in Official Records Book 315, Page 388,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, shall be a second mortgage on said
property.
