PROVIDED AlWAYS,, and thi} mortgage is on the express condition, that if the Matgogo? shall well and truly pay unto
the Mortgagee the said sum of money mentioned in sold promissory rests referred ro herein and secured hereby and any renewals
or extensia» thereof, any further advances and any other indebtedness referred to herein, in whatever form, and the interest
thereon os it shall became due, according M the true intent and meaning thereof, togsther with all costs, charges and expenses,
including o reasonable attorney i fee, which the Mortgagee may incur or be put to in collecting Me same by faecbwre a other-
wise, or in protecting the security of the Mortgagee, whether by suit or otherwise and shall well and truly keep, observe, perform,
comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations, ogreemen?s, conditions and covenants of said promissory note and this
mortgage os and when required thereby then this mortgage and the estate .hereby created shall cease and be null and void,
otherwise the some shall remain of binding force and effect.
