being in said County and State, to-wit: as more particularly described in the
aforesaid mortgage deed.
The purpose of this assignment is to vest the individual undivided
one-fifth (1/5) interests owned by the parties of the first part
in and to the aforesaid mortgage deed into the party of the second
part, in effect reversing the action of that certain assignment of
mortgage as recorded in O.R. Book 270, page 1100, of the public
recrods of St. Lucie County, Florida, with respects to the parties
herein. I
