being in said Caunty and State, to-unit: as particularly described in the aforesaid
mortgage deed.
The purpose of this assignment is to vest ownership of 100x of 'the
~ aforesaid mortgage into the the party of the second part, in effect
reversing the action of that certain assignment .of mortgage dated
the 12 day of Februgry 1977 and recorded in O.R. Book 264 at page
144 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
