cribed real property, to-wit: s
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 4, run East along the
north line, 8.13 feet; thence Southerly, along the east fact of
existing building, 128.09 feet to the north right-of-way line of
Orange Avenue (State Road X68); thence Westerly, along the north
right-of-way line of Orange Avenue, 6.50 feet to a point on the
west line of Lot 4, 15 feet north of the southwest corner thereof; ~
thence northerly, along the west line of Lot 4, 127.85 feet to the
Point of Beginning. All of Lot 5, less the South 15 feet and the
West 10 feet thereof. Said property all being in Block 2, FORT
PIERCE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 1, page 39, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
SUBJECT TO all reservations, restrictions, easements and road rights-
of-way of public records; and all zoning and other governmental
