Resolutions of Directors
RESOLVED that the sale by this corporation
of its condominium apartment in Fort Pierce,
Florida, for a gross price of U.S.$90,000 (in-
cluding the principal balance of the mortgage
indebtedness) be and hereby is approved and de-
- termined to be suitable, that each member of
_ the group composed of Mr. Victor Conde and the -
- - officers- of -this corporation be and hereby is _
authorized, in the name and on behalf of this
corporation, to take any and all action appro-
- priate to effectuate such sale and that any
such action heretofore taken be and hereby is
in all respects ratified, approved and con-
~ firmed.
€ FURTHER RESOLVED that each member of the
group composed of- Mr. Victor Conde and the
officers of this corporation be and hereby is
authorized, in the name and on behalf of this
corporation or otherwise, in his sole discre-
~ - tion and under the corporate seal of this
corporation if~desired, to execute, issue,
' protocolize, acknowledge and deliver all such
agreements, certificates, instruments of
transfer and other documents, and to take all
~ - such other action, as he may deem desirable in
order to effectuate any transaction authorized
by these resolutions or to carry out the intent
thereof and that any such action heretofore
taken be and hereby is in all respects ratified,
approved and confirmed.
