Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowled[es
that this purchase of a condominiun unit at OCUW ~~ILLAG[i Ol~ 1Rfl'ClIINSON 1S[.11N1~
is subject in every respect to the Ikilaration of Condominiun as to the condominium
in which his unit is, located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to tl~e Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected alrerating btKll;et, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by R~rchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Frhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-l.~nvs and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the, Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and trading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, acid acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation acrd ma~rage-
. ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
-all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oc.~ners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant acrd agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium acrd Exhibits attached thereto. I'c~rchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the teams and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment tinder the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonahle, fair and equitable, and said R~rchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O?,mers' Association
has encumbered and impressed alien upon the Condominiun parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said I~clarat.ion of Covenants
and Restrictions of tl~e Property O~vners' Association and said R~rchaser- ass~nnes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condomini~un parcel.
1'crrchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducem~itte, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the suns due ruider the Property (k~~ier's Association
and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor. may one he relied except-where the same is specifically t.arranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
