Grantees herein agree to assume and to pay that certain mortgage
given by John C. Robinson ~ Miriam R. Robinson, his wife to Fidelity
Federal Savings ~ Loan Assoc. dated 2/23/78, recorded 3/2/78 in O.R.
Book 282, page 2362, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
