COMPANY OF NEW YORK, a corporation established under the laws of the State of New York,
the present owner and holder of that -
certain mortgage made by MICHAEL L~.'~iOMAS,
to RIiE M[lTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMAANY OF Iv'EW YORK
dated the 12th day of January ~ 19 78 ,recorded in Book 280 , Page 1284 ~
Instrument No. 3907'73,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the property therein
described, made to secure the principal sum of 5 142,000.00 with
interest thereon, evidenced by a certain note therein described, does hereby acknow-
ledge full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage and all indebtedness thereby
secured, and also the cancellation of the note and other evidence of said indebtedness,
and does hereby consent that said mortgage be discharged and satisfied of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has caused these presents to be signed in its
corporate name, and its corporate seal to be affixed hereto, by its officers thereunto
duly authorized by its Board of Trustees, this -

Before me personally appeared Allan H. Glidden and
Nilba Reyes to me well known and known to me to be one of the
Vice Presidents and the Assistant Secretary, respectively, of THE MUTUAL LIFE
INSURANCE COMrANY CF NEW YORK, the corporation named in the foregoing instrument,
and known to me to be the persons who as such officers of said corporation, executed
the same; and then and there the said Allan H. Glidden and
Nilba Reyes did acknowledge before me that said instrument is
the free act and deed of said corporation by them respectively executed as such
officers for the pruposes therein expressed; that the meal thereunto attached is the
corporate seal by them in like capacity affixed; all under authority in them duly
vested by the Board of Trustees of said corporation.
