October 1979, between RICHARD C. RIDGWAY, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Keith B. Ridgway, deceased, Party of the First Part,
and RICHARD C. RIDGWAY, Party of the Second Part, whose address is:

The party of the First Part pursuant to a specific devise con-
tained in decedent's Last Wi11 and Testament dated July 11th, 1978,
and by virtue of certain powers vested in him by his appointment
as personal representative on March 21st, 1979, by a Circuit Judge
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,
and in consideration of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St.
Lucie County,.Florida, more particularly described, as follows:
Lot 2, Block 2, SURFSIDE SUBDIVISION,

his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever. ;
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the
