O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on the day
of October, A. D., 1979, on the Defendants' Motion to Require
Receiver To Pay Over Funds, and Rupert J. Smith, Attorney for
the Defendants and Vincent A. Lloyd, Attorney for the Plaintiffs,
having appeared before the Court and announced a Stipulation
to settle the cause as contained in the Court's Order below,
and the agreement of the attorneys, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. That the Receiver, GERALD S. JAMES, is to disburse
out of the Receivership funds ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ($1,700:
00) DOLLARS to DOROTHEA DELEHANT DUNCAN and VINCENT A. LLOYD,
to be credited towards any child support obligations of LAUREN
MOORS DELEHANT.
2. That the Receiver, GERALD S. JAMES, is hereby
authorized to pay himself a Receivers fee in the amount of
FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) DOLLARS.
3. That the balance held by the Receiver, GERLAD S.

JAMES, shall be paid over to LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT and RUPERT
J. SMITH inasmuch as the Defendant, MARILYN LOUISE TERRY, has
reassigned the note to the Defendant, LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT.
.That the next instalment due under the note shall be paid direct-
ly to LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT. The said note being secured by the
mortgage of JAKE'S INC., to LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT and DOROTHEA
DELEHANT DUNCAN recorded in OR Book 438, Page 1863 of the

Public Records of Martin County, Florida, and subsequently
