rerecorded on March 2, 1979, in OR Book 465, Page 627 of the
Public Records of Martin County, Florida; a copy of this Order
shall be mailed to JAKE'S INC., or any subsequent obligor.
4. That the mortgage note in the amount of FIFTY
THOUSAND ($50,000.00) DOLLARS-dated February 23, 1978, from
which the funds are being collected by the Receiver has been
delivered by LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT to his Attorney, RUPERT J.
SMITH, who shall retain said note in his possession until any
obligations of the Defendant, LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT, arising
under any Final Judgment in the pending Dissolution of Marriage
action shall have been satisfied; additionally, there shall be
no further assignments of the mortgage note until all obligations
of the Defendant, LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT, arising under any
Final Judgment in the Dissolution of Marriage proc~~dings shall
have been satisfied.
5. That in consideration of this Stipulation, and
the promises herein contained, the Defendant, LAUREN MOORS
DELEHANT, agrees to cause that certain mortgage recorded on
May 1, 1978, by his father, JAMES R. DELEHANT, in OR Book 443, _

Page 1064, Public Records of Martin County, Florida, to be
satisfied and discharged; the Defendant, LAUREN MOORS DELEHANT,
further agrees and stipulates that the Affidavit filed by
~ him on April 7, 1978, in OR Book 441, Page 2496, of the Public
Records of Martin County, Florida, shall be of no .legal affect
or significance whatsoever. and shall not constitute any claim
of interest on his part or cloud on the title to the real
property described in that Affidavit. Additionally, the
Plaintiff, DOROTHEA DELEHANT DUNCAN, agrees not to further
encumber or mortgage the property described in that Affidavit
until the pending Dissolution of Marriage action is finalized.
