6. That upon performance of the things required to .
be done by this Order, the Receivership established herein
shall be dismissed and vacated and that GERALD S. JAMES shall
be discharged as well as any surety established under the
_ Receivership and this cause will be dismissed and each party
shall bear their own costs.
