ORDER
After due notice by or to all parties affected, this matter
came before the Court for a hearing on t::e Motion to Strike Response
to Request for Admission of Fact, Counterclaim and Demand for Jury ~

Trial, filed herein by the Plaintiff, WILSON & WILSON, INC. After
hearing the argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, r
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike Response to
Request for Admission of Fact, Counterclaim and Demand for Jury Trial
is denied; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all issues raised by the Complaint
filed herein with the exception of the Plaintiff's entitlement to
damages, shall proceed to trial before the Court without the benefit
of a jury as originally scheduled for October 15, 1979. The issue of
the Plaintiff's entitlement to damages as raised by the Complaint as
well as the issues raised in the Counterclaim shall be .tried separately
before the Court with the benefit of a jury. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the original Answer filed in this
matter is deemed to constitute a sufficient denial of the Request for
Admission of Fact filed on October 31, 1978.
