ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day of
October, 1979 on plaintiff's application for an Order to Show
Cause pursuant to F. S. §78.065 and this Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendant, EMMIT K/~E-LLEY,
shall appear at the St. Lucie County Courthouse on the ~g~i day
of October, 1979, at ~(~C/~M. to show cause why the personal
property claimed by the plaintiff should not be taken from the
I possession of the defendant and delivered to plaintiff forthwith.
Pending hearing and adjudication of this motion, the defendant,
~ EMMIT KELLEY, is hereby stayed from conveying or moving, secreting
or otherwise interfering with the jurisdiction of this Court over
the personal property claimed by plaintiff.
Defendant is hereby informed that the hearing on this
Order to Show Cause will not result in a final adjudication of
plaintiff's complaint and as stated in the attached Summons,
defendant has twenty (20) days pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil
~ Procedure to answer plaintiff's complaint. Defendant is further
R informed that he has the right to file affidavits on his behalf
with the Clerk of this Court and may appear personally or by way
of an attorney and present testiIIiony on his behalf at the time
