The Writ of Replevin would order the St. Lucie County Sheriff to take 1 t the claimed property from your possession and deliver it to the Plaintiff . The Sheriff of St. Lucie County is Hereby Ordered to: 1. Serve a copy of the plaintiff's complaint and i Summons along with this Order upon defendant, EMMIT KELLEY, on or before the ~~of October, 1979. 2. Personal service as provided by law shall be made on defendant if such service is possible on or before the above > t specified date or, in the event that the officer serving the Order j is unable personally to serve the defendant as provided by law I within the time specified, that officers shall place the Order I ~ to Show Cause, together with the Summons, on the claimed property or in the main entrance of the defendant's residence, and mail a copy of the aforementioned papers to the defendant, by certified mail, return receipt requested.
