COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned officer, this day personally
appeared HENRY EISMAN, who, after being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. My name is HENRY EISMAN and I am sui juris.
2. I am the same HENRY EISMAN set forth on the Warranty
Deed dated August 18, 1959, recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, on September 21, 1959, Clerk File No. 78833,
at Deed Book 251, Page 471.
3. I was married to Marie Eisman prior to August 18, 1959,
and my marriage to her ~eias continuous until her death on December 20,
• 1973. -
4. Her Death Certificate is recorded in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, at Official Records Book 233, Page 322.
S. She was also known as Hazel M. Eisman and Hazel Marie
Eisman.
