THIS INDENTURE, made this ~ day of October, A. D. 1979, between SOUTHEAST
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MIAMI and DOROTHY M. ST. JEAN, as Co-Executors of the ESTATE
OF HARVEY J. ST. JEAN, Parties of the First Part; and SOUTHEAST FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF MIAMI and DOROTHY M. ST. JEAN, as Trustees under Will of HARVEY J. ST. JEAN,
Parties of the Second Part, whose address is: Trust Department, Southeast First Na-
tional Bank of Miami, 100 S. Biscayne Boulevard, Miamf, Florida 33131.
WITNESSETH: That the Parties of the First Part, by virtue of the power and
authority to them given in and by the Last Will and Testament of HARVEY J. ST. JEAN,
deceased, and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and
valuable considerations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, releases, con-
veys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns forever,
;-f~ all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
An undivided One-third (1/3rd) interest in and to the unimproved
3 South 280 feet of the West 14.65 acrca of the NE 1/4 of the SE

r SUBJECT TO conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and limitations of
~Jr' record; taxes for the year 1979 and subsequent years; and Government zoning ordinances.
TOGETHER WITH the appurtenances, and also all the estate which said Testator had

Parties of the First part have or had power to convey or dispose of, by virtue of the
said Will or other.
_ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted to the Parties of the Second
- - Part, their heirs and assigns forever.
AND THE Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with the Parties of the
Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to and in and
about the sale and this conveyance, the Laws of Florida have been followed and comp-
lied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of the First Part have hereunto set their hands
and seals the day and year first above written.
