THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED made the .7.5 ~ day of 1 I
A. D., 1979, by
FLORINDIA FARMS CORPORATION, a Florida corporation,
hereinafter called Grantor, to
FORT PIERCE POWER SQUADRON, a Florida corporation, not-
for-profit, hereinafter .called Grantee. Po. Be,. Ia-9~
[Wherever used herein, the terms "grantor," "grantee,"
and "grantees" include all parties to this instrument
and their heirs, legal representatives and assigns.]
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of an undivided interest in
those certain lands situate, lying and being in St.-Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Blk 4 of Surfside
Plaza, Unit No, 1, as per plat thereof, on
file in plat book six, at page 46, of the
public records o= St. Lucie County, ~'larida.
WHEREAS, Grantor desires to convey to Grantee its undivided
interest in and to said lands; .
WITNESSETH: That Grantor, for and in consideration of its
desire to promote the welfare of Grantee, hereby grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto Grantee its undivided interest in and to those certain
lands situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and more particularly described as follows:
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Blk 4 of Surfside
Plaza, Unit No, 1, as per plat thereof, on
file in plat book six, at page 46, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appur- -
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
SUBJECT TO covenants, easements, restrictions of
record,
SUBJECT TO taxes from December 31; 1978.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to _ _
be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto
affixed by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, on
the day and year first above written.
