PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 27th day of September ,
1979, between SARAH L. McMULLIAN, Personal Representative of the
Estate of LUCY MARY MATHER, deceased, party of the first part; and
SARAN L. McMULLIAN, individually, whose mailing address is 520 Avenue A,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to the
terms and conditions contained in the last Will of the decedent, grants,
bargains, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, the real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9, Block S, of DITTMAR AND McCARTY'S Revision
of their Re-Subdivision of said Block, as surveyed
and platted by J. 0. Fries, County Surveyor in
1905, in St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the transfer and this conveyance the
orders of Court and the laws of the State of Florida have been followed
and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of LUCY MARY MATHER, deceased, has set her
hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
