Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared ±

ELIZABETH W, LENNARD, to me known and being first duly sworn,
deposes and says:
1, That she was one of the Grantors in that certain
Warranty Deed dated April 16, 1964, and recorded in Official
Records Book 86, at page 299, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, covering the following described property:
The West 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and the
West 99 feet of the East 1/2 of the South-
west 1/4 of the Southwest I/4 of the #
Northwest 1/4, Iess road right of way,
Section 7, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That affiant, ELIZABETH W. LENNARD, is one and the same
person as SARAH ELIZABETH LENNARD and SARAH W. LENNARD, one of the
Grantees in prior deeds involving the above described property,
