requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar and other good and valuable consideration
dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC., a Florida corporation
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
OCEANRISE OF HUTCNINSON ISLAND, INC., a Florida corporation
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-vat:
Apartment No. 209 of OCEANRISE CONDOMINIUM, a condominium according
to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book
313, at pages 2307 thru 2351, of the public records Qf..St. Lucie
County, Florida and as amended in Official Records Book 315, pages
1853 thru 1866.
TOGETHER with all of its appurtenances according to the Declaration
and subject to all of the provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.

and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said_ mortgage, and every part there-
