MORTGAGE
THIS INDENjURE, made this 20th day of September Iyiy, between
PORT ST. LUCIE LANES, INC., a Florida corporation _
hereinafter designated as the "MORTGAGOR" and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the
laws of the United States of America and having its principal place of busi-
Hess in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter
designated as the "MORTGAGEE".
1r'HEREAS, the MORTGAGOR is justly indebted to the MORTGAGEE in the sum
of 5 150,000.00 good and lawful money of the United States advanced by the
MORTGAGEE unto the MORTGAGOR, as evidenced by a certain promissory note of
even date herewith, of which the following in words and figures is a true
copy, to-wit:

For value received, t, we. or either of us, promise to pay. without defalcation, to the order of FlRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE at Fort Pierce. Fbrida, the sum of S 150+~~•~~----'---~-with
interest from the date at the rate of 13 96 per annum. in monthly mstallments as follows31,757.37------------
on the 10th day of November 19 79 and a like sum on the corresponding day of each month
thereafter until the whole be tufty paid. ~
- Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and then on' the unpaid balance of the principal sum.
`If default is made in the payment of any installment when due. and such default continues 30 days. then at the option of
the f>alder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shalt be due and payable at once. Privilege is given
to prepay this note in whole of in part at arty time without penalty. Neither forbearance. nor accept~n7ce8x the holder thereof
after any default in any payment hereon, shall be deemed extension. A late payment charge of S bb shall be
assessed the 26th day of the month, if a regular business day, or, if not a regular business day, then the next business day,
on each monthly installment not then received.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment protest and notice of protest
for nonpayment, and further agrees to any extension of time payment, either before or after maturity, without notice to any
of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in the event of any default hereunder. and
hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and exemption under the constitution and taws of-each State of the United
States, as against this obligation or any extension or renewal hereof. -

of said sum of 5150,000.00 ,and the perforTrance of the covenants and
;x agreements hereinafter expressed, and for divers good and valuable consider-
ations, by these presents, does grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, con-
vey and confif~: unto the h10RTGAGEE, its successors and assigns, all that
~ certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the County
of St. Lucie ,and State of Florida, described as follows:
By agreement of Mortgagor and Mortgagee on file with Mortgagee,
the within mortgage secures not only an existing indebtedness,
but also ADVANCES to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgagee to Mortgagor
the aggregate of which will equal the principal amount specified
in the promissory note secured hereby.
