appeared MARY B. GOODWYN, to me well known and who, upon first
being duly sworn did depose and say that she is the only child of Samuel
J. Bickly who died intestate on November 18, 1976, and Ella Pearl Bickly
who died intestate on November 15, 1949; that this affiant was born in the•
home place which was situate on the above described real property and
which continued as the family home until the death of her father.
Affiant well knows that all debts left owing by her said father at the
time of his demise were fully paid.
