BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority,. this day personally appeared
VIRGINIA KROMHOUT, to me well known and who, upon first being duly sworn
did depose and say that she is a lieftime resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and well knew S. J. Bickly and his u^~e, Pearl Bickly; that there waa one
child born unto the said S. J. Bickly and Pearl Bickly who is now Mary B.
Goodwyn, the wife of Bruce F. Goodwyn,
Affi ant w ell knows that the Bickly family resided upon the above
described real property, and following the death of Mrs. Pearl Bickly, Mr.
Samuel J. Bickly continued to reside upon said premises until his death which
occurred on November 18, 1976.
