CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO, ~
a national banking association organized and existing under the laws
of the United States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gages ) being more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgage
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, page 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 1276, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor") to CONTINENTAL
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
knowledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h ~ discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said.
Mortgages unto the Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that cer-
tain portion of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more
~ particularly described as follows:

c ~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
~ ments of_record modifying or supporting said Mortgages.

a,~ Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
~ discharged of and from the lien and security interest of -the Mortgages

feet, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the ~
