edged, has granted. bargained, and sold unto the acid Grantee, and Grantee's heirs, or successors,

This conveyance is made subject to: (i) 1979 ad valorem taxes;
(ii) conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of
record, if any, but this provision shall not operate-to reimpose
the same; and (iii) the above-described Declaration, as amended
and exhibits attached thereto.
