Dollars ($7,000.00).do hereby release and discharge in full from the
lien, operation and effect of that certain estreatment of bail-bond
on 17 April 1979, by the STATE OF FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of
St. Lucie County, Florida, against RANDY TUCKER, JOHN A. O'CONNELL
BAIL BONDS, and ALLEGHENY MUTUAL CASUALTY CO., NATIONAL BAIL MANAGERS,
INC., General Agent, as Surety,- in the case of the STATE OF FLORIDA,
Plaintiff, versus Randy Tucker, Defendant, Case ~~78-928-CF-A of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County and FINAL JUDGMENT as recorded in
Official Records Book 317 page 2283 of St. Lucie County, Florida.
